FIELD: wine making. SUBSTANCE: plant has heat treatment chamber, water-alcohol extractor combined in closed circuit with bubbler, two evaporators and condenser, loading and unloading devices and devices for supply of water and alcohol to extractor. The first evaporator is connected by gas phase with bubbler. The plant has microwave applicator. Extractor is sectionalized. Devices for supply of water and alcohol are connected with the first section of extractor through nozzles. Microwave applicator is installed on the second section of extractor. Bubbler is installed in the second section of extractor. The second section of extractor and bubbler is made of radioparent material. EFFECT: higher plant productivity due to intensification and increasing of extraction depth. 1 dwg
