FIELD: agriculture, molecular biology. SUBSTANCE: method involves transformation of plant cells and insertion of a nucleotide sequence encoding selective gene together with structural nucleotide sequence. Selected sequences should induce or enhance a positive effect of a compound added in growth medium simultaneously. This ensures to isolate transformed cells without damage of nontransformed cells of population and without the combined gene insertion that provides resistance to antibiotics or herbicides and increase sprouts number in transgene plants.
