FIELD: experimental medicine. SUBSTANCE: patient's blood is examined to evaluate content of phosphoinositides, inositol-containing secondary messengers, and phosphorylated forms of phosphoinositides, and, when deviations of values obtained from standard values are detected, suspension of liposomes in amount 20-40 ml per 1 kg of body weight is introduced into body, content of phosphoinositides in suspension (C,) being calculated from formula: C=2.5(2a+4b+bI+3c+cI), ng, where a is difference between normal and pathological contents of phosphoinositides, b is proportion between normal and pathological contents of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-diphospates, bI proportion between normal and pathological contents of phosphatidylinositol-3,4- diphospates and phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-triphospates, cI is proportion between normal and pathological contents of inositol-1,3,4- trophosphates and inositol-1,3,4,5-tetraphosphates. EFFECT: increased therapeutic effect and enabled correction of phosphoinositide exchange disturbances revealed. 3 tbl
