FIELD: medicine, applicable for estimation of human health state according to the electrophysical parameters of biological fluids. SUBSTANCE: preliminary blood sample in a drop form is placed on an electrode positioned horizontally. Reference fluid also in a drop form is applied at a definite distance from reference fluid. Then measuring electrodes are applied to the drops. After passage of pulse current variation of conductance is detected, and concentration of phospholipids in the blood sample under examination is estimated according to the value of this variation. The device uses measuring electrodes 1 and 2 connected to the outputs of differential amplifier 3, whose output is connected to the first input of two-coordinate detector 4, third electrode 5 is connected to the output of measuring signal generator 6 and to the second input of two-coordinate detector 4.
