SUBSTANCE: end seal is designed for tubular covering corrugated in machine provided with covering guiding device. End seal has partially twisted compressed cylindrical member with axial gas exit opening. Shape of axial opening corresponds to cross section of guiding device. Partially twisted compressed end seal withstands high stresses and remains unbroken during the whole process of injection under pressure, which is normally used to produce meat products, such as sausages, for instance Frankfurt sausages.
