FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for production of coating with marks (used in production of meat products formed into coating) from ruffled tubular shell and for production of meat products with marks. The said method involves impregnation of at least one sector of the surface of the ruffled tubular shell with a colouring composition to produce a coating with marks which may be transferred onto the meat product formed into the said coating.
EFFECT: invention allows to transfer marks onto a meat product formed into the coating by the method of impregnation of a preliminarily ruffed coating with a colouring composition.
