FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: set consists of lenses with zero refraction and spectral filters which are inserted in standard cases. Spectral filters are designed as coating on lenses and are joined into three groups: therapeutic filters (one yellow, one orange, three brown and one green filter), ergonomic filters (one yellow-orange, one yellow and one orange filter) and combined filters (one green, one blue, one violet, one orange and one rose filter). Light passing characteristics of coating of therapeutic filters are as follows, yellow: 12-55% for 440 nm wavelength, more than 80% for 540 nm wavelength, more than 80% for 620 nm wavelength; orange: 2-4%, 50-60% and more than 80% respectively; brown: 4-14%, 6-24% and 12-47% respectively, green: 5-7%, 55-65% and 2-3% respectively; light passing characteristics of coating of ergonomic filters are as follows, yellow-orange: 42-47% for 440 nm wavelength, 58-62 % for 540 nm wavelength, more than 80% for 620 nm wavelength; yellow: 18-22%, more than 80% and more than 80% respectively; orange: 2-3%, 52-57% and more than 80% respectively; light passing characteristics of coating of combined filters are as follows, green: 65-70% for 440 nm wavelength, more than 80% for 540 nm wavelength, at least 75% for 620 nm wavelength; blue: 85-90%, less than 80% and at least 75% respectively; violet: 78-82%, 68-72% and more than 80% respectively, orange: 53-58%, 68-72% and more than 80% respectively, and rose: 78-82%, 78-82% and more than 90% respectively.
