FIELD: medicine, surgical pancreatology; may be used in treatment of pancreatonecrosis. SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of area of purulent necrotic hollow. Individual soft polyurethane foam-drainage system is prepared. The system is laid over the entire area of hollow into bursa omentalis. Additional tubular draining members with fish line and knob are laid over the upper and lower surfaces of soft polyurethane foam-drainage system. Attached from distal ends of drainages is oilcloth appliance. Monitoring drainage is placed to under oil cloth appliance. Installed over entire length of soft polyurethane foam-drainage system are drainages of irrigation system. Drainage is brought out to front abdominal wall through restored gastrocolic ligament. For introduction of medicinal mixtures to parapancreatic fat two to four microirrigators are installed. Ends of microirrigators are brought out to front abdominal wall through restored gastrocolic ligament. EFFECT: provision of removal of purulent exudate from all area of pathologic focus. 1 dwg
