FIELD: medicine, surgical pancreatology; may be used in treatment of pancreatonecrosis. SUBSTANCE: method includes installation of two trough channels over the upper and lower surfaces of purulent-necrotic region. The channels are brought out from abdominal cavity. Laparoscopic evaluation of inflammatory process is effected alternately by channels with the help of laparoscope. Brush tool is introduced into bursa omentalis and rotated round it. Sequesters of pancreas and necrolized tissues of parapancreatic fat are removed with the help of tool bristles. Introduced simultaneously through irrigation drainage system are antiseptic solutions. Degree of cavity cleaning is controlled laparoscopically by trough channels. EFFECT: reduced complications connected with repeated operations.
