FIELD: communication. SUBSTANCE: satellite communication system provides its subscribers with global cellular servicing zone. Constant channel over which subscribers' sets are warned on coming calls is assigned to facilitate sending of calls to subscribers having subscriber sets. Subscriber sets test this channel of call warning and analyze identifiers transmitted in massage carrying call warnings. When subscriber set determines on basis of identifier that call is directed to it rings to network for reception of call. Subscriber sets also test this channel for reception of indicator of controlling channel that identifies location of broadcasting ( controlling ) channels for subscriber set which is technical result of invention.
