FIELD: dairy industry; may be used for preparation of canned condensed or concentrated milk products with additives. SUBSTANCE: fat-free milk or reconstituted fat-free milk is mixed with vegetable oil in stream. Used oil is refined sunflower or corn oil with peroxide number not higher 10 1/2 mmole/kg. Oil consumption is 9.35-40 kg per 1 t of fat-free milk. The mixture is homogenized in two stages. Pressure on the first stage is 13-16 MPa, while on the second, not less 20 MPa. Homogenization temperature is 40-45 C. The mixture is heat treated with the following condensation, sterilization and cooling.
