SUBSTANCE: tumor is simultaneously exposed to focused impact-wave pulses and pulse electric field which amplitude exceeds threshold intensity of breakdown of tumor cell membranes with pores formed in membrane at pressure equal to pressure amplitude of positive half-wave of impact-wave acoustic pulse but below threshold intensity of membrane breakdown field of cells of surrounding tissues and organs at atmospheric pressure. In this case, amplitude of pressure negative half-wave exceeds critical tension pressure at which pore diameter increases, and its duration exceeds time interval within which pore diameter reaches irreversible value.
