Said mechanism is in the form of two channel bars supported by rest, two adjusting screws mounted with possibility of engaging with each channel bar for moving cylinder unit in vertical plane, two pressure foots, adjustable stops pressing channel bars to rest, two adjusting screws for moving cylinder unit in horizontal plane mounted with possibility of engaging with channel bar and arranged in openings of strip rigidly secured to rest.
