SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to agrochemistry. Bioorganic fertilizer contains food residues fermented for 2-3 weeks and crushed wastes of plant growing with B. subtilis bacteria immobilized on their surface, suspended in the nutrient broth to a concentration of not less than 109 CFU/ml, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: 40:60.
EFFECT: improved agronomic properties of soil and its biological activity, as well as increased yield of vegetable and grain crops.
