FIELD: automation equipment, in particular, for car parking. SUBSTANCE: car parking card is designed as round flat multiple-use token, which has information carrier which provides possibility of computer reading and stores personal data. Said method involves distribution of this card at parking entrance, its insertion into payment machine for paying parking cost and insertion of this parking card at parking departure station for requesting pass permission or turnpike opening. Goal of invention is achieved by design of parking card as decentralized parking data carrier which has memory chip and data transmitter with round emission antenna. Entrance time is stored in memory chip of card by parking entrance independently from card position. Payment machine checks entrance and payment time and information about departure is also stored into its memory chip. Upon turnpike opening, parking data are cleared or stored again when this card is distributed again. Said parking card is also delivered to reading-writing station in order to test its quality.
