Method of making a payment when a vehicle enters a zone or section with paid access includes steps of loading a software application into an electronic user device, wherein said software application is associated with central server, input by means of said software application of at least identification code and storage in said central server of at least said identification code. Said identification code is a unique distinctive element of the vehicle. Method also includes means for obtaining images in one or more points (A'-B', B'-C', C'-D'), which need to pass, preferably, at least at points of entry and/or exit and reception at the moment of passage of said points at entry and/or exit of vehicle of one or more images by means of said means of obtaining images, receiving by central server of said unique distinctive element and checking its presence in memory.
