FIELD: input stages of radio receivers. SUBSTANCE: method involves regeneration of active loss effected by controlled active element whose control characteristics are checked by means of frequency equal to double carrier of signal; reactive parameters of controlled active element are much lower than active ones. At definite proportions of control signal amplitudes and signal phase, transfer function of controlled active element with respect to signal varies. Respective signals are actually amplified by series connection of current circuits of signal source and controlled active element in the form of two-terminal network, signal impedances of both being comparable. Device implementing this method provides for correction of non-controlled parameters of controlled active element, signal source, and load. When phase-frequency response of controlled active element is linear, output signal phase distortions can be reduced by next similar stage. EFFECT: improved reliability of signal amplification. 4 cl, 7 dwg
