FIELD: kitchen equipment. SUBSTANCE: attached minioven has heating chamber, burner and bell-shaped heat concentrators adapted for concentrating hot air heat and arranged in parallel one with another on shaped ring. Heat concentrators are secured to shaped ring by means of splinted angled eyelets. Volume of heating chamber is changed by means of turnstile screws with step bearings. Each step bearing rests upon burner peripheral edge allowing shaped ring to move in guide mounted on burner edge. EFFECT: reduced power consumption for baking products due to utilizing residual heat. 3 dwg
