FIELD: heating and processing various foodstuffs and materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed combined device designed to heat foodstuffs at public catering establishments, hotels, and firms where employee catering is organized, in hospitals and sanatoriums, in army and navy, to process farm products, and to defrost bioproducts and medical preparations preserved by freezing uses microwave energy and hot air stream for the purpose and has housing, chamber with door, two magnetrons with two waveguides and lead- ins disposed at chamber sides, two fans affording magnetron cooling and hot air supply to chamber, exhaust fan, and set of removable guides for installing removable pans; novelty is that chamber has removabledrum installation system coupled with electric drive setting drum in rotary motion and air supply fan; waveguide lead-ins are spaced apart through chamber height; magnetron cooling fans provide for feeding hot air to chamber from top; air supply and exhaust fans are disposed below chamber and function to convey air to chamber through set of holes provided along left-hand wall of chamber near door and from chamber through set of holes provided along its right-hand wall at certain distance from door. Device is also characterized in definite proportions of dimensions. EFFECT: enhanced speed and improved uniformity of heating sufficient amount of cooked foodstuff or processed materials. 4 cl, 5 dwg
