SUBSTANCE: baking oven comprises a chamber (2) for baking, which is available for the user and designed to accommodate the baked food products, heating means (3) which are in thermal contact with the chamber (2), a reservoir (4) for water, which limits the first part (41) of the chamber (2) and has an opening (40) which is at least partially oriented upwards and which serves as a boundary line with the rest, the second part (42) of the chamber outside the reservoir (4). The water contained in the reservoir (4) is evaporated under the influence of the heating means (3), and the said opening (40) simultaneously serves for water inlet to the reservoir (4) and for release a steam out of it, and a pipe line (50) for release the water, made with the ability of a flow-through connection to the water supply means and having an outlet part (51) located inside the chamber (2). The water comes out of the pipe line (50) and enters the reservoir (4). The outlet part (51) of the pipe line (50) is located outside the volume created by the movement of the said opening (40) on the physical vertical, at which this opening (40) remains parallel to itself.

EFFECT: facilitating the work on cleaning of the reservoir (4), performed by the operator manually.
