FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves investigation of leukocytes of peripheral blood of primary lymphogranulematosis patient after exposition to gamma radiation of one piece of blood sample in amount of 2 g, incubation of radiated and initial samples under 37 C for 3 hours, measuring DNA content in them and calculation of ratio of these values in radiated and initial samples. If this ratio is less than 1, resistivity of patient to radiation treatment is judged tolerant and radiation treatment of patient is considered safe. EFFECT: possibility to detect indications for course of radiation treatment before starting treatment in order to achieve positive result; possibility to use method not only before treatment, but also in course of radiation treatment process, since it is based on detection of radiation resistivity of patients in arbitrary moment of carrying out treatment course. 4 cl, 2 tbl, 1 dwg
