FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: device contains hull wherein shaft is installed at one end of which drive disk is fixed other end is connected with drive, and casing. Drive disk is made as wing with cross-section having airfoil surface. Hull has installed power elements manufactured as semicircles in cross-section. Casing consists of two parts with cross-section having airfoil surface. One power element in upper part of hull has one part of casing connected to it, the other power element has another part of casing connected to it. Respective open surfaces of disk are placed symmetrically.
EFFECT: improvement of performance capabilities.
