FIELD: microbiology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves heating the parent biomass at 75-90 C and the following incubation at cooling up to 30-35 C and separation of the obtained product. Hydrolysis products are isolated by biomass heating at 75-85 C at medium pH 1.0-1.5 for 30-60 min. Before separation of the end product from a liquid phase pH value is elevated to 4.0-5.0.
