FIELD: communication devices. SUBSTANCE: method involves convolution encoding of output data signal in order to generate multiple convolution-encoded signals. Each convolution-encoded signal contains multiple data symbols. Each data symbol is repeated given number of times in order to achieve constant given output rate of data sequence transmission. Then symbols in specified positions of data sequence are deleted in order to produce new data sequence with constant and lower data transmission rate than that of source data sequence. Encoded signals with duplicated symbols are multiplexed in order to produce final data sequence.
