Oily phase has an oil-soluble substance in a gaseous form at normal human body temperature, volatile organic liquid at boiling point above indicated one but not above 60 C, or a substance able to regenerate gas. Method of preparing a contrasting substance involves emulsification of an oily phase containing the above indicated substances, at least, in a single lipophilic solvent, in an aqueous phase. Method can be realized by addition of an oil-soluble substance in an oily phase of preliminary prepared emulsion of type "oil-in-water".
