FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasonic visualization of object being especially in perfusion of myocardium and other tissues. Invention proposes preparations containing gaseous contrasting agents that after their administration provide the controlled and temporary rise of gaseous phase in vivo and able therefore to act as deposited indicators of perfusion. These preparations comprise jointly administrated composition comprising diffusing component that is able to diffuse inside to the dispersed gaseous phase and provide its temporary growth. In preparing the heart perfusion image these compositions can be administrated successfully in combination with vasodilating medicinal agents, for example, adenosine to enhance difference of recurrent signals intensity between normal myocardium tissue and myocardium tissue with insufficient perfusion. Invention provides visualization of tissue perfusion in object, increase of dispersed gas size using for enrichment or temporary gas retention in microcirculatory part of vascular channel of such tissue and thus increasing its echogenic properties.
