Corresponding method involves input of identification data, which are checked in main database, production of person's photos, input of personal data and system information into computer. These data are encoded, information sheet for document is produced, and information is stored in local database unit, information sheet is printed. Printing results are stored in local database unit. Printed information sheet for driving license is covered with person's picture and signature and record of driving licenses is updated.
