FIELD: diagnostic methods and immunology. SUBSTANCE: patient's blood is used to prepare leukocyte suspensions and immune complexes are formed by incubation of patient's blood serum with nutrient yeast antigen gradually reducing concentration. After that, one registers chemiluminescent response of granulocytes when in contact with specific immune complexes and reveals sensitization of body from the resultant shape of the curve characterizing dependence of granulocyte chemiluminescent response augmentation ratio on antigen concentration. When said augmentation ratio is reduced, absence of body sensitization is declared. When antigen concentration is reduced and chemiluminescence augmentation ratio is observed, body sensitization is diagnosed. The higher chemiluminescence augmentation ratio, the more marked body sensitization. EFFECT: increased diagnosis accuracy. 5 dwg
