FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, is concrete to allergology and immunology, to dermatology and can be used for forecasting of development of infectious complications at atopic dermatitis (AD) at adults. The essence of the method consists in carrying out of immunologic research of peripheric blood of patients with the AD in remission of AD and at its exacerbation. The content of subpopulations of lymphocytes CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD72+, γδT and CD8αα is defined. Thus at rising of number CD3+, CD4+, CD72+ lymphocytes against reduction of content CD8+, CD16+, γδT and CD8αα-lymphocytes formation of infectious AD complications is prognosticated.
EFFECT: maintenance of the high-precision forecast of development of infectious AD complications at adults.
