FIELD: medicine; veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the immunotherapy of malignant neoplasms using genetically modified lymphokine-activated killer cells (LAK cells) with a universal chimeric antigen T-cell receptor. The invention is CAR-LAK cells biomedical cell product with a universal T-cell receptor (CD16-CAR) characterized by CAR+CD25+CD3+ and CAR+CD16+CD56+ phenotype. The biomedical cell product is intended for the treatment of cancer patients in combination with monoclonal antibodies to tumour antigens.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a biomedical cell product with antitumor activity regulated by monoclonal antibodies.
