FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: working tool has vertical tine and mellowing-cutting device connected to tine. Mellowing-cutting device has flat hoes of different size arranged in tiers and provided with cutting edges on their front part. Flat hoes are joined with vertical side hoe whose blade is oriented to hoes. Cutting edge of side hoe is inclined at an angle of 50-70 deg to advancement direction. Cutting edge of blade of lower-tier flat hoe is inclined at an angle of 45 plus and minus 5 deg relative to hoe surface. Shield on vertical face of side hoe forward of tine is formed as a result of local deformation of portion of hoe side surface forward of tine at the place of location of attachment members. EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced draft and improved soil crumbling. 8 cl, 6 dwg
