FIELD: agriculture, in particular, surface tillage equipment. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine and flat hoe connected to tine through pivot joint. Flat hoe is provided with stabilizer. Pivot joint is formed as journal with slider bearing mounted on it. Hub with vertical pin is positioned in hollow lower part of tine so that it is aligned with axes of tine and journal. Hub is joined with its bottom part to hoe opening. Upper part of hub is positioned within tine cavity and connected with journal for free rotation and mounting on threaded journal pin. Hoe stabilizer is arranged on outer rear side. EFFECT: increased efficiency in cultivating fallow field and plant spacings, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 11 cl, 3 dwg
