FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention involves using the strain of Bacillus subtilis P1 culturing in nutrient medium containing mineral salts, trace elements, urea and purified yeast extract. Supernatant is separated from biomass by separation method followed by cleaning by microfiltration and purification of enzyme by ultrafiltration. Sterilization of enzyme preparation is carried out by the sterilizing filtration method. Invention provides preparing a proteolytic enzyme with high yield and high specific activity that can be used in medicinal aims. Invention is designated for producing bacterial enzyme preparations.
