FIELD: veterinary immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing specific sera against highly active biological substances. Method involves immunization of horse. For this purpose histoseroglobin with complete Freund's adjuvant is administrated in locus where surface cervical lymphatic nodes and lymphonodes of knee fold are located. Administration is carried out in both sites for two cycles at interval for 14 days between cycles. Then 8-9 l blood are taken away many times (two times, not less). At the first cycle a preparation is administrated twice: firstly by 5 ml of each substance and by 10 ml in 7 days. At the second stage - firstly by 10 ml and then - three times by 20, 40 and 80 ml at 4-5 days interval, respectively.
