FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes new naphthalene derivative having antiasthmatic activity and method of preparation thereof. Naphthalene derivative of formula (I) R¹ wherein R² and R³ are identical or different and each is H protected or unprotected by OH; one of R⁴ and R⁵ is protected or unprotected hydroxymethyl, and the other is H, lower alkyl, or protected or unprotected hydroxymethyl; R⁶ and NH₂ are identical or different and each is H substituted or unsubstituted by lower alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted by phenyl, or protected or unprotected , or both are attached together with adjoining N to form substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
