FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: garage relates to subsurface structures and can be used in closed quarters of large cities. Basic advantage of this structure rests with ensuring quick and reliable raising of platform with motor vehicle from underground bin to ground surface. Raising is performed by means of two lifting screws. Possible skewing of lifting platform is prevented by means of crossing paired ropes which run around pulleys. Horizontal displacement of lifting platform are compensated by limiting rollers. Application of aforesaid embodiment of underground garage allows for keeping ground surface principally undisturbed with minimized area occupied by surface structure of garage.
