FIELD: construction of garages for cars of individuals. SUBSTANCE: traditional underground garage has housing, roof and platform for car mounted on bottom of pit for vertical movement by means of lifting mechanism comprising counterweights for platform with car and for framework. Housing of garage includes garage roof, base of framework and four corner columns rigidly interjoined. Platform for car is put on base of framework, housing of garage includes built-in side internal walls between which framework is located. Counterweights for platform with car and for framework are positioned correspondingly between side walls of housing and internal walls. Lifting mechanism includes chains linking platform and framework with counterweight with the use of gears anchored on bracket which is fixed between internal side wall and wall of housing. In this case gears balancing framework and platform with car are interjoined by means of longitudinal tubular shafts. Garage contains lateral tubular shaft placed on one side between ends of longitudinal shafts and connected to it with the aid of conical gears, reinforcing beam anchored in center of lower side of platform which ends are linked through chains to counterweights balancing platform with car and four adjusting gear for lifting mechanism anchored on bracket. Gear for connection with electric motor is positioned on lateral tubular shaft. EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability and ease of garage handling. 4 dwg
