FIELD: oncology. SUBSTANCE: over the first two years after radical operative intervention, histological investigations of tumors are performed and percentage of proliferating mammary gland cancer cells is estimated using monoclonal antibodies to proliferating nuclear proteins. From the level of proliferative activity, one can estimate probability of generalization of process for each patient. This method makes possible prediction of probability of fast generalization of process in primary mammary gland cancer patients in the very beginning of treatment in combination with clinicomorphologic parameters. EFFECT: enabled choice of most adequate tactics for treating patients from above-defined group and so enhanced therapeutic efficiency. 1 dwg, 2 ex
