SUBSTANCE: invention, which can find use for linings of steel-smelting and other metallurgical assemblies, provides refractory material containing, wt %: finely dispersed aluminum-magnesium alloy with eutectic composition passivated by organosilicon coating, 2-4; crystalline graphite, 7-20; organic binder, 5-7 (above 100%); and refractory base - fired magnesite, and/or molten magnesite, the balance.
