FIELD: technology of rubber production, more particularly manufacture of electroinsulating and extruded products. SUBSTANCE: mixture A comprises, wt. pts: ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, 100; softener; 6-8; filler 20-76; zinc oxide, 5-10; stearic acid, 0.8-1.5; and polyorganosiloxane, 1.0- 2.5. Mixture B comprises, wt.pts: polydimethylsiloxane rubber containing 0.1-0.15 mole % methyl-vinyl siloxane units; aerosil, 40-60; α,ω- polydimethyl-siloxane diol with polymerization degree of 2-8, 8-12; polycuprophosphorus siloxane, 0.1-0.3; zinc oxide, 5-10. Mixtures are combined and 4-7 wt.pts of organic peroxide, 3-8 wt.pts of calciol (mixture of calcium oxide with industrial oil and paraffin (70:20:10) and 30-50 wt.pts of light filler are added per 100 wt. pts of A and B. The whole is vulcanized in air medium at 200-280 C for 30-120 s, 20-40 wt parts of light filler are optionally added to A. Light filler is optionally combined with industrial carbon.
