FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described is method of separation of mixture of proline and valine, leucine or oxiproline by passing it through sorbent layer, and elution. Sorbent is anionite in OH form, and mixture is passed at rate of 2 m/h to give concentrated proline solution, and remaining proline is eluted with distilled or deionized water at the same rate, and anionite-sorbed valine, leucine or oxyproline is eluted with 1 M hydrochloric acid at rate of 2 m/h. EFFECT: simplified process. 3 ex, 1 tbl
