FIELD: pharmaceutical, chemical and food-processing industries, where regulated distribution of non-lumping components within volume of finished mixture is required. SUBSTANCE: method consists in delivery, metering and mixing procedures. Metering is effected by mechanical separation of continuous flows of components into microvolumes per unit of time. Mixing is effected through regulated placing of separate microvolumes in mixing reservoirs made in form of angular sectors. Device for mixing loose components includes metering unit and mixer. metering unit is made in form of feeders and rotary cutoff unit rigidly secured on main shaft revolving in fixed sleeve. Mixer is made in form of load-bearing disk secured on main shaft and reservoir mounted on supports. EFFECT: improved quality of mixture at properly regulated position of components; enhanced economical efficiency and high safety of process. 3 cl, 4 dwg
