FIELD: mixing.
SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry, where ordered distribution of non-lumping loose components between each other within the volume of the ready mixture is required. Method of loose components mixing consists in their dosing by their mechanical separation of components supplied by continuous flow into volumes per unit of time, mixing is carried out by orderly laying of separate volumes in container for mixture by changing their position relative to flows of loose components, wherein the containers for the mixture are moved perpendicular to the flows of loose components of different fractions in the horizontal plane, initially the components having the minimum geometric dimensions are placed in the container, then with the size of particles growing to a maximum, then decreasing to the minimum size of the component fractions, then the mixture is exposed to a pressure not exceeding the destruction pressure of the least strong parts of the mixture, with its subsequent fixation in an ordered laying, wherein prior to exposure of said mix to said pressure, vessels with packed loose components are subjected to vibration oscillations directed in vertical plane with amplitude and frequency adjusted depending on geometric dimensions of fractions of loose components of the mix. Device for mixing loose components comprises a dosing unit and a mixer, where the dosing unit is made in the form of carousel feeders, and the mixer is made with moving containers, at that, the dosing unit is made in the form of several fixed feeders and cutters carousels installed in series one after another with a separate drive for each carousel, which are connected to the controller, the mixer is made in the form of a belt conveyor, on which rectangular containers for the mixture are installed, and after the last feeder under the belt conveyor there is a rigid platform, on which a die with a vertical movement drive is installed, and a container sealing position is arranged above it, and between the last feeder and the rigid platform, on which the above die is installed, under the belt conveyor on the vertical rod installed with the possibility of vertical movements in the fixed guide, a spring-loaded rigid platform is arranged, and at the end of the vertical rod, opposite to the rigid platform, an anchor of the electromagnetic exciter of vibration oscillations is installed.
EFFECT: ensuring the required quality of the mixture at any ratio of loose components of various fractions of the mixture.
