FIELD: pharmaceutical, chemical and food-processing industries; ordered distribution of non-caking loose components inside finished mixture.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in proportioning components by separating them into micro-volumes. Mixing is performed by ordered laying of separate micro-volumes in reservoir for mixture due to change of their position relative to flows of loose components. Reservoir is shifted perpendicularly relative to flow of loose components of various fractions in horizontal plane. First components having minimum geometric sizes of fractions are placed in reservoir and then components with sizes of particles growing to maximum and decreasing to minimum size of fraction. Then, mixture is acted on by pressure not exceeding pressure of destruction of particles of lesser strength followed by fixation in ordered packing. Device proposed for realization of this method includes proportioning unit in form of feeders and rotating shut-off devices. Mixer is made in form of belt conveyer on which rectangular reservoirs for mixture are mounted.
EFFECT: improved quality and stabilization of mixture due to smooth distribution of components in volume of reservoir.
