FIELD: cleaning of filters and their elements. SUBSTANCE: articles are placed into washing fluid and ultrasonic oscillations caused by piezoelectric converters are excited in it on different frequencies. Ultrasonic oscillations are excited by each converter with frequency deviation from some mean value. Range of change of frequency is chosen proceeding from possibility of generation of maximum value of amplitude of oscillations of each converter. Process provides for higher quality of cleaning by prevention of effect of zones with critical value of sound pressure on cleaning and for expanded technological possibilities thanks to more intensive circulation of acoustic macro and microflows.
