FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of ultrasonic cleaning of objects from different contaminants in liquid detergents, in particular with complex profile and with deep through channels, and may be used in different industries and service sectors. Method includes submersion of objects subject to cleaning in bath with detergent and effect of ultrasonic converters installed on vibration diaphragm adjacent to bath and separated into several groups that radiate ultrasonic energy in range of frequencies. Areas of radiation are selected at certain distance one from each other, which provides for direction of ultrasonic oscillations flow in bath with different lengths of waves from all ultrasonic converters and absence of unfavorable interface. Operation of every ultrasonic converter is realised at frequency of its own mechanical resonance, ultrasonic oscillations are exposed to amplitude modulation with depth of modulation from 90 to 95 percents, and impulses of these oscillations with equal amplitude, which are radiated by ultrasonic converters of one group, are shifted by voltage phase of modulation relative to other groups radiated by ultrasonic converters by value equal to plus/minus π/3 radian.

EFFECT: increased quality of objects cleaning.
