Cams are spaced under step. Device has also cover with ribs on side surface. Jumpers with tongues to be bent inwards for engagement with step are found between ribs. Working surface of cams passes from inner diameter of step to projecting part extending beyond step outer diameter. projecting part of each cam extends from axis more than other parts of container neck. Thanks to it, with cover being turned, cams press tongues to jumpers. Jumpers are bent outwards. EFFECT: such position of cover on container provides visual indication on fact than cover has been removed. 23 cl, 10 dwg
