FIELD: insulation of conductors and cables and manufacture of sheets, films and hoses. SUBSTANCE: electroinsulating composition comprises dioctyl phthalate, metal containing stabilizer, dyphylol propane, stearic acid, chalk, pigments, and ammonium oxalate, titanium dioxide and N-butyl alcohol modified aerosil as filler. Composition is prepared by mixing some components at 18-22 C, the remaining components are further mixed at 80-100 C, the mixture is cooled and granulated. Suspension polyvinyl chloride-based composition has high thermal stability, reduced combustibility and has no stuck granules, pores and agglomerates. EFFECT: improved properties of the electric insulating composition.
