FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for high-extent petroleum distillation to produce distillates and bottom residue. Installation contains: petroleum preheater connected to supply zone of straight-run rectification column; mixer for bottom residue from straight-run column with solid organomineral activator connected to lower section of column; heating furnace for mixture from mixer; thermal reactor; separator; and disintegrator installed on mixer outlet level between mixer and furnace. Disintegrator outlet is connected with furnace inlet, and furnace outlet is connected with middle section of thermal reactor. Two to five reactors are available, outlet in lower section of preceding reactor being linked to middle section of subsequent reactor. Lines through which vapors are withdrawn from the reactor tops are combined into a single line connected to lower section of straight-line column. EFFECT: prevented clogging of reactors by solid particles. 1 dwg
