FIELD: primary oil distillation with production of fuel distillate fractions. SUBSTANCE: oil distillation plant includes furnace for heating oil connected with feed zone of atmospheric rectifying tower and vacuum column. Lower part of atmospheric tower is also connected with furnace where still residue is heated. Plant also additionally has mixer of still residue of atmospheric rectifying tower with solid organo-mineral carrier, for instance, apropelite, shale, rhabdopissite, liptobiolith, sapromyxite, installed before furnace for residual fuel oil, thermal reactor whose inlet is communicated with outlet for heating residual fuel oil, and output, with separator whose lower part is communicated through throttle with inlet of vacuum column and centrifuge. Line of discharge of centrifugate from centrifuge and also line of discharge from the top of vacuum column and line of discharge of liquid phase from the stabilizer are combined into one line which is communicated with the line supplying initial oil to plant.
